Collection, transmission or loss of defence information Question 23: Are the limited data and previously limited data, classified under the Nuclear Act of 1954 as amended, contained in the definition of “classified information” used in SF 312? Answer: As provided for in the President`s Directive and the Implementing Regulation, the execution of an approved confidentiality agreement is a prerequisite for access to classified information. Therefore, an agency shall take the necessary measures to deny any person who has not concluded an authorised confidentiality agreement to continue to have access to classified information. In accordance with the rules and procedures of the Authority, the party concerned shall either be deprived of security release or refused. To fulfill this access requirement, approved confidentiality agreements include one of the following conditions: the second requirement you must meet is the signing of a “confidentiality agreement for classified information”, SF 312. The President defined this requirement for the first time in a directive that states that “any person with authorized access to classified information must sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of access.” This requirement is reiterated in the implementing Regulation on secret national security information. . .
