You can participate in the plan with pre-tax contributions, by submitting a salary reduction agreement (“SRA”) online via the OMNI website or by filing a completed SRA form, you will find on the same site, to OMNI either by fax to (585) 672-6194, or by mail to 1099 Jay St., Building F, Rochester, NY, 14611.In addition, you must open an account account with an account provider with an investment participating in the plan. How much can I bring each year? You can make a contribution, the changes can be annual. If you have at least 15 years of service with your employer or if you are at least 50 years old, you may be entitled to additional contributions. If you already want to contribute to the plan and change your amount or investment provider, simply complete a new SRA and submit a new SRA. What if I don`t want to contribute? Yes, yes. Most employers do not set limits on the number of changes you can make. Simply fill out an SRA form and send it back to OMNI to start a trigger change. To switch investment providers within your plan, simply fill out THE OMNI Contract Exchange form and open an account with the new investment provider. Your first step to strengthening your pension plan is to contribute to your employer`s plan 403 (b) /457 (b). OMNI allows them to easily start or change your contributions to your account 403 (b)/457 (b). After opening an account with an investment provider approved in your employer`s plan, simply choose your employer`s status and enter your employer`s name below to take you to the salary reduction forms in which you can indicate the amount to be deducted and the authorized investment provider you want to participate in.
